All reservations at The Leicester Arms must be secured with a valid credit or debit card at the time of booking. Full payment is typically required upon booking or 7 days in advance, unless otherwise stated in your booking confirmation. We accept major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. If you have any questions regarding payment, please feel free to contact us before your visit or stay.

To guarantee your booking at The Leicester Arms, a valid credit card must be provided. For special events or peak periods, a non refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking. Failure to provide valid payment details may result in cancellation of your reservation.commodo consequat.

Check in at The Leicester Arms is from 3:00 PM. If you’re arriving earlier, feel free to relax in the bar or explore the local area until your room is ready. Check out is by 11:00 AM on your day of departure. Should you need a later check out, please speak to reception, and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability, and aditional charges.

Plans changed? No problem You can modify your booking, subject to availability. Please inform us of any changes at least 7 days before your scheduled arrival with flexible rates only. Cancellations or changes made outside of this timeframe may incur a charge. For group bookings or special events, different terms may apply.

A discretionary service charge of 12.5 percent will be added to your bill for dining in our restaurant or Sidney Room. This ensures that our team members who make your experience special are rewarded fairly. If you'd like to adjust or remove this charge, just let us know.

Some of our rooms are equipped with mini-bars stocked with a selection of local beverages and snacks. Charges for items consumed will be added to your bill upon check-out. Please feel free to indulge, and if you require a top-up, simply let us know!
